Explore our core manufacturing line of industrial water treatment agents engineered for robust floc formation, rapid sedimentation, and ultra-high dewatering efficiency.
In the global market for municipal and industrial water purification, chemical efficiency determines operational stability. Wuxi BS Water Treatment Chemicals Co., Ltd. (operating as Wuxi Bisheng Water Treatment Agent Co., Ltd.) has spent nearly three decades refining the synthesis pathways of crucial inorganic coagulants and organic polymeric flocculants. Established in 1998, we have transitioned from a localized manufacturing operation to a highly sophisticated, digitally integrated global supplier, recording over $10 million in foreign trade value in recent fiscal cycles.
Our competitive advantage lies in our comprehensive grasp of water treatment chemistry. While standard trading companies treat water treatment agents as generic commodities, Wuxi BS functions as a technology partner. Our molecular customization services adjust parameters such as basicity in Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC), aluminum chlorohydrate (ACH) stoichiometry, and the charge density/molecular weight ratios of Polyacrylamide (PAM) and PDADMAC. This level of customization is crucial for municipal water works addressing complex seasonal water challenges, such as organic humic loading during monsoons or heavy metal complexation in industrial runoffs.
Selecting the correct coagulant requires understanding charge neutralization and polymer bridging kinetics. Our catalog covers all key functional classifications.
Available in solid spray-dried granules/powders and stabilized liquids (10%-15% Al2O3). Specifically optimized for rapid municipal drinking water flocculation and colloidal charge neutralization.
Our high-basicity (>83.5%) inorganic coagulant contains the maximum concentration of aluminum in a stable liquid form. Excellent for reducing sludge volume and lowering raw water turbidity.
Cationic (CPAM) and Anionic (APAM) polymers. These high-molecular-weight agents act as highly efficient bridging flocculants for sludge dewatering and complex industrial solid-liquid separation.
A highly reactive dicyandiamide formaldehyde derivative designed to destablize and precipitate chromophoric groups in high-color textile, dyehouse, and papermaking wastewater.

Technical Datasheet →The global shift toward sourcing water treatment chemicals from leading Chinese factories like Wuxi BS is driven by critical factors in process chemistry, raw material economics, and logistics. Our geographic positioning in Wuxi, Jiangsu province, places us within a dense industrial corridor featuring low-cost access to essential inputs: high-grade bauxite, concentrated hydrochloric acid, and monomer precursors for polyacrylamide synthesis.
A key challenge in inorganic coagulant production (such as PAC and ACH) is the cost and purity of the aluminum and acid sources. By manufacturing within an integrated domestic ecosystem, Wuxi BS secures raw materials with minimal transport overhead. This direct supply chain allows us to maintain stable production pricing even during volatile energy cycles, passing these cost efficiencies to global distributors and municipal water plants.
Our manufacturing complex uses both spray-drying and roller-drying technologies. Spray-dried PAC offers distinct operational benefits for clean water applications, including a finer, more uniform particle size, higher solubility rates, and a lower insoluble residue index (typically <0.1%). Standard roller-dried products remain a cost-effective alternative for industrial sludge processes. By offering both options, we align our chemical properties with our clients' technical requirements.
Our products are engineered to perform under specific chemical conditions, including wide pH ranges, high salinity, and varied organic loading.
In line with international trends, modern water treatment facilities are shifting away from legacy manual batch preparation toward automated, real-time chemical dosing. Standard dry polymer preparation systems face challenges such as incomplete hydration and the formation of insoluble gel particles (often referred to as "fish-eyes"), which can clog dosing pumps and foul filtration membranes.
In 2025, Wuxi BS introduced a new digital intelligent solid feeding system designed to address these challenges. This equipment uses a volumetric screw feeder coupled with dynamic water wetting chambers, achieving complete hydration of dry polyacrylamide within minimized dissolution times. This system ensures consistent polymer viscosity, reduces chemical waste, and prevents mechanical blockages in high-throughput treatment lines.

Technical queries addressed by our laboratory specialists.
Basicity represents the degree of polymerization of the aluminum ions. A higher basicity (typically 75%-85%) means the polymer has a higher charge density, enabling more effective neutralization of negatively charged colloids at lower dosages. This results in faster floc formation and lower post-treatment dissolved aluminum levels, which is crucial for meeting drinking water regulatory standards.
Solid PAM should be slowly added to water with consistent agitation, targeting a standard concentration of 0.1% to 0.3%. High-shear mixing should be avoided as it can shear the long-chain polymers, reducing their flocculating efficiency. Our new digital intelligent solid feeding system automates this dissolution process to achieve uniform polymer solution properties.
ACH (Aluminum Chlorohydrate) has a higher basicity than standard alum (Al2(SO4)3). Alum is highly temperature-dependent, showing a significant drop in coagulation rate in water below 5°C. In contrast, ACH remains active in cold water, forming large flocs and achieving stable turbidity removal without requiring auxiliary warmers or excessive dosing.
